The Invicta foundry

Specialized in creating cast-iron pieces with flake graphite (FGL cast iron), the Invicta foundry makes more than 100,000 wood-heating devices, casseroles, furniture frames, and barbecues each year.

ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified, the Invicta foundry is committed to quality and respect for the environment.

The Invicta foundry possessed the most technologically advanced equipment, allowing it to regularly develop new casting parts of the foundry for Invicta or other clients as a subcontractor.
  • Rapid prototyping (counter-mold without tolls, 3D printing)
  • Several molding lines including a DIASAMATIC 280
  • Machining, assembling, finishing lines (soaked paint, enameling)

Invicta enameling

Enameling is a metal coating technique used since Antiquity to ornament works of art. Today, the Invicta enameling teams master this tradition with virtuosity to color the objects of daily life:

  • application of enamel pigments to pistols and ovens
  • enameling of wood stoves, casseroles, cookware, and decorative items
  • large palette of colors: traditional black, ruby red, caviar gray, clear blue, flaming orange, pastel or candy colors…
